David E. Turner, MD, PhD, MPH, MBA
PRESIDENT AND CEO
Dr. Turner brings to the organization a history of executive leadership through his service in the U.S. Navy as a Flight Surgeon and his employment with fortune 100 companies in senior roles in corporate medicine. As a corporate medical director, Dr. Turner developed and implemented global health policies and standards of care, and has provided consultative services for complex case management issues. Additionally, Dr. Turner brings a focus on data analytics to help clients understand how a denials management strategy can support robust revenue cycle performance and create real value opportunities for their organizations.
Dr. Turner completed his post-graduate medical training at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He is board certified in Occupational Medicine and a Fellow in the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He holds the Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the University of Tennessee and the Master of Business Administration degree from George Washington University.
Jane Turner, RN, BSN, M.S., CCM
VP OF CLIENT ACQUISITION
Jane has over 25 years in utilization review and case management. She has served in the capacity of Director of Admissions and Case Management for several hospital systems. Most recently, she helped develop the Clinical Appeals Unit for one of the ten largest Catholic health systems by serving as Department Manager. Jane received her Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Science in Community Health from the University of Memphis. She earned her Bachelors of Nursing degree from Saint Louis University and is a certified case manager.
